My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious and comfortably styled in a typical Georgian fashion, with great bathrooms. Everything was beautiful and decorated in perfect harmony with the building. The cleanliness truly stood out. The service was exceptional, with a fantastic staff happy to advise on local restaurants and an excellent breakfast. The location couldn't be better, allowing easy access to central Bath and attractions within a short walk. The dining experience was superb, with freshly baked madeleines and comforting almond biscuits. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor drawbacks like tricky evening parking and some noise from nearby restaurants.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a Smart TV, though who has time for TV in a place like Bath. The staff were absolutely amazing, super kind, and very helpful, even taking our luggage up to the room when it was ready.
